CRTVHS Support Policies

Updated: August 28, 2021

Support Plan Policy

Every plan comes with priority support, maintenance, and discounted rates on project fees. Below we have outlined the policies for all plans.

Priority Support:

Get access to a dedicated form to get in contact with the CRTVHS team. Just use the “General Question / Advice” option in the form. Ask any/all questions that you have and you will get a quick response. However, if you ask a question during CRTVHS’s off hours, then you may have to wait until we return to the office to get a response. Continue reading to learn about our hours of operation.

Maintenance:

If your site gets messed up and need help, we will be there. Just use the “Maintenance” option in the form. This does not include design or web design. We can offer advice, but web design would result in a project fee. CRTVHS has access to a Wix account manager and Wix Partner tech support. So if there is an issue that is due to a Wix glitch, then we will have priority support through Wix to get it resolved.

Although CRTVHS does not have any intentions of doing so, the discount percentage is subject to change at any time. In this case, all active members will be informed ahead of time with a 30-day warning.

To receive the discounted project fees, you must have an active plan by the end of the estimated deadline for your project. If you purchase a plan to get a discount, then cancel immediately, you will be charged the full rate of the project. If you have a monthly plan without commitment OR if your plan will be ending by the end of the project, then you must commit to renewing on same or different plan to claim the discount.

CRTVHS Support Hours:

CRTVHS believes in a healthy work/life balance. If you ask a question during our business hours (M-F 9AM - 5PM) then you can expect a reply same day. Otherwise, you may have to wait for the next business hour.

Plans with Commitments:

Some plans offer a discounted price for committing to the CRTVHS Support program.

Cancellations:

Annual plans and plans without commitments can cancel their plans at any time through their CRTVHS account on crtvhs.com. For annual plans and monthly plans, if you cancel, then you will stop receiving the CRTVHS Support benefits at the end date for your plan.

Plans with commitments can cancel anytime, but there will be a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 50% of what is left from their plan. For example, if you choose a 6 month plan, and you want to cancel on the fourth month, then you will owe 50% of the remaining 2 months. If you would like to cancel before your renewal, then use the form on the client portal page or the CRTVHS Support form.

Plan Renewals:

Whatever plan you choose, you will be automatically charged when the 30 days are over OR when your year is over. If you cancel your plan before getting charged, then you will no be automatically charged. Remember, for plans with commitments, you have to reach out to the CRTVHS team in order to cancel.

Refunds:

CRTVHS currently does not offer any sort of refunds for our plans, templates, projects, partnerships, or assets. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us on our client portal page or on the CRTVHS Support form.
